What is Sacha Inchi?
Plukenetia Volubilis, also known as Sacha Inchi, is a vine that
naturally grows in the Peruvian regions of the Amazon Rainforest,
and now also grown in Thailand and other parts of South East Asia.
It has a pretty star-shaped fruit, and it is the seed that we
harvest and roast to perfection. The seeds, more commonly known as
Inca Seeds or Sacha Inchi, are crunchy like nuts, but are
